<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The use of ultrasound technology in emergency allows proper treatment strategy of urgent patients with multi-trauma. 18-hour training Program for eFAST (extended Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma) has been developed by the group of authors in the Medical simulation center, Botkin hospital, Moscow.
