Тренажеры и виртуальные симуляторы позволяют в достаточно короткий срок отработать определенные мануальные навыки, необходимые для выполнения оперативных вмешательств. Авторы представляют разработанную программу включения симуляционных тренингов в программу подготовки ординаторов в виде периодических краткосрочных курсов. При проведении тренингов использовались видеотренажеры, виртуальные симуляторы, а также реальная аппаратура и инструменты в условиях учебной операционной, где проводились командные тренинги операционных бригад. На основании проведенных исследований сделан вывод о роли и месте симуляционных технологий в процессе подготовки хирургов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors present the results of the use of simulation technologies in the training of surgeons. In a short time videosimulators and virtual simulators allow to work out certain manual skills. The authors present the developed program of inclusion of simulation courses in the training program of residents in the form of periodic short-term courses. During the training, video simulators, virtual simulators, as well as real equipment and tools were used in the training operating room, where team trainings of operating teams were conducted.
