Fast track (FT) - хирургия (от англ. fast track - быстрый путь) - программы комплексного лечения, включающие подготовку на предоперационном этапе, использование минимально инвазивных техник выполнения оперативного вмешательства и активное ведение послеоперационного периода, с целью уменьшения сроков стационарного лечения, времени реабилитации и максимально быстрого возвращения пациентов к обычной жизни. Особое значение приобретает использование FT-протоколов у гинекологических больных. Однако в силу недостаточного ознакомления врачей с данной методикой становится актуальным внедрение в систему обучения программы предоперационного, интраоперационного и послеоперационного ведения пациентов.
Fast track (FT) surgery - complex treatment programs, including preparation at the preoperative stage, the use of minimally invasive techniques of surgery and active management of the postoperative period, in order to reduce the duration of hospital treatment, rehabilitation time and the fastest return of patients to normal life. Of particular importance is the use of FT-protocols in gynecological patients. However, due to the lack of familiarization of doctors with this technique, the introduction of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative management programs into the training system becomes relevant.
