Практика показывает, что обучение навыкам общения наиболее эффективно, если овладение навыками коммуникации интегрировано в процесс обучения клиническим навыкам. Во всем мире «золотым стандартом» обучения навыкам общения для врачей являются тренинги с участием симулированных пациентов - специально подготовленных актеров, которые выполняют две основные задачи: с максимально возможной реалистичностью играют роль пациента в разыгрываемой в ходе тренинга консультации медицинского работника с пациентом, а после игры дают обучающемуся обратную связь, в которой рассказывают о своем восприятии прошедшей консультации и связанных с ней эмоциональных переживаниях [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>].</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Training of doctors in communication skills with patients has been actively developing all over the world for the last 20-25 years, relevant classes are held both with students and with certified specialists. Practice shows that learning communication skills is most effective if the mastery of communication skills is integrated into the process of teaching clinical skills.
