Представлен опыт кафедры общественного здоровья и здравоохранения ФГБОУ ВО "Российский университет медицины" Минздрава России по преподаванию курса "Основы бережливого производства" для студентов 2 курса СПО по специальностям "Лечебное дело", "Стоматология профилактическая", "Стоматология ортопедическая". Показана роль игровых и симуляционных практик, построенных на активном участии студентов и учитывающих отсутствие у обучающихся опыта профессиональной деятельности. Итог -понимание и принятие бережливого производства ещё на этапе профессионального обучения.
The experience of the Department of Public Health of the Russian University of Medicine in teaching the course "Fundamentals of lean manufacturing" for students of the 2nd year of secondary vocational education in the specialties of "Medical care", "Preventive Dentistry", "Orthopedic Dentistry" is presented. The role of game and simulation practices based on the active participation of students and taking into account the lack of professional experience among students is shown. The result is an understanding and acceptance of lean manufacturing even at the stage of professional training.
