Крупные клиники и медицинские объединения создают собственные симуляционные подразделения для проведения тренингов на рабочем месте, освоения медтехники, апробации новых подходов, методик, протоколов, оценки профессионального уровня сотрудников учреждения. Использование данной методики позволяет проводить учебные, испытательные и оценочные мероприятия максимально реалистично, в рабочей среде, эффективно и безопасно.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Simulation techniques have gain important role in the improving of Medical Care quality. Nymerous clinics and health care organizations create their own simulation departments to perform the training in the workplace (in situ), test medical equipment, validate new approaches, methods, protocols, assess proficiency level of employees of the institution.
