В статье представлены результаты сравнительного анализа эффективности подготовки ординаторов терапевтических специальностей к первичной специализированной аккредитации с 2024 по 2026 г. Проведена оценка влияния интенсивных симуляционных тренингов и видеодебрифинга на результативность прохождения второго этапа аккредитации. Установлено, что использование высокореалистичных симуляторов и отработка стандартизированных чек-листов позволили повысить процент успешной сдачи ПСА с первой попытки до 96,8%. Выявлено снижение частоты критических ошибок на станциях ОСКЭ и улучшение коммуникативных навыков.
The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of training interns of therapeutic specialties for primary specialized accreditation from 2024 to 2026. The impact of intensive simulation trainings and video debriefing on the effectiveness of passing the second stage of accreditation has been assessed. It was found that the use of highly realistic simulators and the development of standardized checklists made it possible to increase the percentage of successful PSA on the first attempt to 96.8%. A decrease in the frequency of critical errors at the OSCE stations and an improvement in communication skills were revealed.
