Проанализированы 4068 процедур первичной и первичной специализированной аккредитации на площадке ЯГМУ за летние кампании 2022-2026 гг. Доля не прошедших аккредитацию росла с 2,3 до 5,0% к 2025 г., в 2026 г. снизилась до 2,7%. Главные предикторы неуспеха: возраст старше 30 лет, мужской пол, низкий балл тестирования и пересдача теста. Две трети выбывших не исчерпали три попытки. Неудачи ОСКЭ кластеризуются по времени внедрения новых элементов процедуры. Обсуждаются ресурсная модель площадки и мониторинг качества оценивания.
4068 procedures of primary and primary specialized accreditation at the site of Yaroslavl State Medical University for the summer campaigns of 2022-2026 were analyzed. The proportion of those who failed accreditation grew from 2.3% to 5.0% by 2025, and decreased to 2.7% in 2026. The main predictors of failure are age over 30, male gender, low test score, and retake of the test. Two thirds of those who dropped out did not exhaust three attempts. The failures of the OSCE are clustered by the time of the introduction of new elements of the procedure. The resource model of the site and quality assessment monitoring are discussed.
