Цель — сравнить психологическую готовность к оказанию первой помощи студентов медвуза и курсантов МВД. Выявлено, что психологическая установка на оказание помощи выше у студентов медиков (p<0,001), мотивационная модель — проактивная (r=+0,44), у курсантов напротив — регуляторная (r=+0,28 с избеганием). Таким образом менеджмент симуляционного обучения трансформирует мотивацию избегания в достижение цели у студентов, обосновывая применение симуляционных технологий и менеджмента безопасной образовательной среды в обучении курсантов.
The aim is to compare the psychological readiness for first aid of medical students and cadets of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It was revealed that the psychological attitude towards providing assistance is higher among medical students (p<0.001), the motivational model is proactive (r=+0.44), and the cadets, on the contrary, have a regulatory one (r=+0.28 with avoidance). Thus, the management of simulation learning transforms the motivation of avoidance into the achievement of a goal for students, justifying the use of simulation technologies and management of a safe educational environment in the training of cadets.
