В тезисе рассматриваются организационно-управленческие, ресурсные и методологические аспекты функционирования симуляционных центров в контексте проведения процедуры аккредитации специалистов. С момента введения аккредитации существенно возросли требования к материально-техническому, кадровому и инфраструктурному обеспечению аккредитационных площадок. На примере Федерального аккредитационного центра ПГМУ проанализированы ключевые вызовы, связанные с дефицитом площадей, необходимостью системного учёта оборудования и расходных материалов, а также высокой нагрузкой на вспомогательный персонал.
The thesis examines the organizational, managerial, resource and methodological aspects of the functioning of simulation centers in the context of the accreditation procedure for specialists. Since the introduction of accreditation, the requirements for logistical, personnel and infrastructure support for accreditation sites have increased significantly. Using the example of the Federal Accreditation Center of Perm State Medical University, the key challenges associated with the shortage of space, the need for systematic accounting of equipment and consumables, as well as the high workload on support staff are analyzed.
