Работа посвящена анализу работы центра практических умений Казанского ГМУ. Рассмотрены вопросы условий создания, оснащения и функционирования вузовского симуляционного центра. Приведен анализ преимуществ и недостатков в различных подходах к организационной структуре. Продемонстрирован 25-летний путь развития и трансформация в кафедру с расширением полномочий как ресурсного межкафедрального центра. Указаны перспективные направления для развития симуляционных методик обучения будущих врачей.
The work is devoted to the analysis of the work of the Center for practical skills of the Kazan State Medical University. The issues of conditions for the creation, equipping and functioning of the university simulation center are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to the organizational structure are analyzed. The 25-year path of development and transformation into a department with expanded powers as an interdepartmental resource center is demonstrated. Promising directions for the development of simulation training methods for future doctors are indicated.
