В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к практической подготовке студентов медицинского колледжа на основе взаимодействия с медицинскими организациями и применения симуляционного оборудования. Показано, что сочетание практики в клинических условиях и симуляционного обучения способствует формированию профессиональных навыков, клинического мышления и командной работы. Обоснована эффективность безопасной отработки практических навыков без риска для пациентов.
The article examines modern approaches to the practical training of medical college students based on interaction with healthcare organizations and the use of simulation equipment. It is shown that the combination of practical training in clinical settings and simulation‑based education contributes to the development of professional skills, clinical thinking, and teamwork. The effectiveness of safely practicing practical skills without risk to patients is substantiated.
