Цель — выявление системных дефицитов подготовки по первой помощи (ПП) в РФ и обоснование их устранения. Материалы — данные Тихоокеанских олимпиад (2023–2025 гг.). Методы — педагогическое наблюдение, хронометраж, экспертный опрос, сравнительный анализ нормативных чек-листов. Результаты — разрыв между теорией (>80% верных ответов) и практикой в (<15% успешных кейсов); дефицит судей профиля по ПП. Предложения — единый протокол, обучение с 5–7 лет, реестр независимых судей. Выводы — реализация мер повысит готовность населения с 4% до целевых показателей Концепции-2036.
The aim is to identify systemic deficiencies in first aid training in the Russian Federation and substantiate their elimination. Materials — data from the Pacific Olympiads (2023-2025). Methods — pedagogical observation, timekeeping, expert survey, comparative analysis of normative checklists. The results are a gap between theory (>80% of correct answers) and practice (<15% of successful cases); a shortage of judges in the PP profile. The proposals include a unified protocol, training from 5-7 years old, and a register of independent judges. Conclusions — the implementation of measures will increase the readiness of the population from 4% to the targets of the Concept-2036.
