Целью являлось ознакомление студентов лечебного факультета на занятиях по медицине катастроф с процедурой ультразвукового исследования по eFAST-протоколу при проведении приёма и медицинской сортировки пострадавших, в условиях их массового поступления при ЧС. При этом приоритет отдавался соблюдению временных нормативов и последовательности сортировочного алгоритма. Разработанный тренажер-симулятор аппарата УЗИ, пригоден для отработки этого учебного задания. Тренажёр соответствует педагогическим принципам тренировки по разделениям и перехода от простого к сложному.
The purpose was to familiarize students of the Faculty of Medicine in classes on disaster medicine with the procedure of ultrasound examination according to the eFast protocol during the reception and medical triage of victims, in conditions of their mass admission in case of emergency. At the same time, priority was given to compliance with time standards and the sequence of the sorting algorithm. The developed simulator, an ultrasound simulator, is suitable for practicing this training task. The simulator complies with the pedagogical principles of division training and the transition from simple to complex.
