В работе представлен опыт разработки и внедрения модульной программы обучения наставников в системе здравоохранения Московской области, реализуемой в рамках государственной Концепции развития наставничества в Российской Федерации до 2030 года.
The paper presents the experience of developing and implementing a modular training program for mentors in the healthcare system of the Moscow Region, which is being implemented within the framework of the state Concept for the Development of Mentoring in the Russian Federation until 2030.
