Виртуальный симулятор пациента «MedExam» представляющий собой компьютерную программу, имитирующую пациента на экране планшетного компьютерного стола, использован для итоговой аттестации врачей-интернов по специальностям "Терапия" и "Общая врачебная практика". Симулятор обладает высокой экологической валидностью и полностью воспроизводит профессиональные действия врача, в том числе, сбор жалоб, анамнеза, осмотр, обследование всех органов и систем, назначение и получение результатов лабораторных и инструментальных исследований, постановку диагноза и назначение лечения.
The virtual patient simulator “MedExam,” which is a computer program simulating a patient on the screen of a tablet computer desk, was used for the final assessment of intern doctors in the specialties “Therapy” and “General Medical Practice.” The simulator has high ecological validity and fully reproduces the professional actions of a doctor, including taking complaints and medical history, conducting an examination, assessing all organs and systems, prescribing and obtaining the results of laboratory and instrumental tests, making a diagnosis, and prescribing treatment.
