Проведено анкетирование 206 студентов 6 курса педиатрического факультета Башкирского государственного медицинского университета для оценки субъективной готовности к профессиональной медицинской коммуникации. Выявлена высокая общая самооценка готовности при меньшей уверенности в сложных коммуникативных ситуациях. Наибольшие затруднения связаны с сообщением неблагоприятной информации и взаимодействием с тревожными и конфликтными пациентами. Определена потребность в расширении практико-ориентированной подготовки.
A survey of 206 6th-year students of the Pediatric Faculty of Bashkir State Medical University was conducted to assess their subjective readiness for professional medical communication. A high overall self-assessment of readiness with less confidence in difficult communicative situations was revealed. The greatest difficulties are associated with communicating unfavorable information and interacting with anxious and conflicted patients. The need to expand practice-oriented training has been identified.
