Коммуникация медицинских работников с родителями детей первого года жизни является одним из ключевых факторов. Семейно-ориентированный подход способствует повышению приверженности выполнению медицинских рекомендаций, формированию навыков ухода за ребёнком и своевременному выявлению факторов риска нарушения здоровья. Проведённый анализ позволил определить основные направления коммуникации медицинских работников с семьёй и оценить значение клинико-социальных факторов, влияющих на эффективность семейно-ориентированного сопровождения детей первого года жизни.
Communication of medical professionals with parents of children in the first year of life is one of the key factors. A family-oriented approach helps to increase commitment to the implementation of medical recommendations, the formation of child care skills and the timely identification of risk factors for health disorders. The analysis made it possible to identify the main areas of communication between medical professionals and their families and to assess the importance of clinical and social factors influencing the effectiveness of family-oriented support for children in the first year of life.
