Оно позволяет создать реалистичные условия для отработки практических навыков, что способствует повышению качества оказания медицинской помощи населению. Оценка эффективности обучения играет ключевую роль в определении того, насколько успешно участники усвоили материал и готовы применять полученные знания на практике. Для этого могут использоваться различные методы, включая анонимное анкетирование после завершения обучения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Simulation education is an effective method of training medical professionals, including urologists. It allows for the creation of realistic conditions for practicing skills, which contributes to improving the quality of medical care provided to the population. Evaluating the effectiveness of education plays a crucial role in determining how well participants have mastered the material and are ready to apply their knowledge in practice.
