Авторы совместили работу с пациентом-актером и игровой тренинг с помощью обучающей компьютерной программы. В качестве основной цели поставили выявление ранних признаков кардиологических заболеваний у пациентов, имеющих соматические заболевания. Для реалистичности ситуации подобраны актеры, имеющие в анамнезе заболевания кардиологического профиля и находящиеся на диспансерном наблюдении у кардиолога. Разработан 36-часовой тренинговый курс для студентов 5 курса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The research is aimed at studying the effectiveness of the "standardized patient" technique in mastering medical skills. The authors combined working with an actor patient and game training using a training computer program. The main goal was to identify early signs of cardiac diseases in patients with somatic diseases. For the realism of the situation, actors with a history of cardiological diseases and being monitored by a cardiologist have been selected.
