Анализируются направления компетенций, обусловленные изменением медицинских образовательных технологий и адаптацией сотрудников к новым формам работы. Выявляются ключевые факторы формирования требований и предлагаются меры по совершенствованию системы подготовки кадров.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The importance of simulation training in additional professional education is increasing to meet the educational and professional needs of healthcare professionals, and it is necessary to constantly develop educational technologies and improve the skills of teachers and methodologists at simulation centers. The article analyzes the areas of competence caused by the change in medical educational technologies and the adaptation of employees to new forms of work.
