Цель исследования — разработать симуляционный тренинг «Анафилактический шок, ЭМП», поделиться полученным педагогическим опытом реализации. Тренинг направлен на демонстрацию переноса теории на практику. Местом симуляции является пульмонологическое отделение. Участники — медсестра и врач. Сценарий начинается с курации стабильного пациента, но на 5-й минуте состояние пациента ухудшается в связи с развитием анафилактического шока на внутримышечное введение назначенного при поступлении антибиотика. Студент погружается в критическую ситуацию, которая требует от него активизации работы мозга.
The aim of the study is to develop a simulation training "Anaphylactic shock, emergency medical care", to share the obtained pedagogical experience of implementation. The training is aimed at demonstrating the transfer of theory to practice. The location of the simulation is the pulmonology department. Participants are a nurse and a doctor. The scenario begins with the supervision of a stable patient, but on the 5th minute the patient's condition worsens due to the development of anaphylactic shock to the intramuscular injection of the antibiotic prescribed upon admission. The student is immersed in a critical situation that requires him to activate his brain.
