Однако его использование сопряжено с рисками: предвзятость алгоритмов, утечка данных, угрозы психологической безопасности и непрозрачность решений. Доклад анализирует возможности ИИ в создании реалистичных симуляций и выявляет проблемы безопасности, подчеркивая необходимость прозрачности, этики и человеческого надзора, для обеспечения качества и доверия в медицинском образовании.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming medical simulation learning by offering adaptive scenarios, personalized learning, and data analysis. However, its use comes with risks: algorithm bias, data leakage, threats to psychological security, and lack of transparency in decisions. The report analyzes the capabilities of AI in creating realistic simulations and identifies safety issues, emphasizing the need for transparency, ethics, and human oversight to ensure quality and trust in medical education.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
