Исследование вербальных средств конфликтной коммуникации необходимо для знания механизмов предотвращения недопониманий в коммуникативных парах «пациент — врач» и «пациент — лечебное учреждение». Выделение и анализ лексико-грамматических маркеров, актуализирующих семантику конфликта, и определение типичных языковых репрезентаций конфликта в обращениях пациентов может стать основой для обучающих коммуникативных тренингов.
The study of verbal means of conflict communication is necessary for understanding the mechanisms of preventing misunderstandings in the communication pairs "patient - doctor" and "patient - medical institution". The selection and analysis of lexical and grammatical markers that actualize the semantics of the conflict, and the definition of typical linguistic representations of the conflict in patients' appeals can become the basis for educational communication trainings.
