Умение проводить искусственную вентиляцию легких (ИВЛ) — один из обязательных навыков врача-неонатолога, закрепленных в Профстандарте.

Целью данной работы явилась разработка методики обучения клинических ординаторов-неонатологов первого года принципам проведения ИВЛ у новорожденных.

Занятия проводятся с использованием реальных аппаратов ИВЛ и робота-симулятора Крошка ЛюСи.

Итогом проведенного симуляционного занятия становится умение выбирать стартовые режимы и параметры в зависимости от гестационного возраста и патологии ребенка, а также их коррекцию при изменении состояния.

The ability to perform artificial lung ventilation is one of the mandatory skills of a neonatologist, fixed in the Professional Standard. The purpose of this work was to develop a methodology for teaching first-year neonatology clinical residents the principles of ventilation in newborns. Classes are conducted using real ventilators and a Baby LuCy simulator robot. The result of the simulation session is the ability to choose starting modes and parameters depending on the gestational age and pathology of the child, as well as their correction when the condition changes.
