В статье рассматривается важность развития универсальных компетенций у будущих врачей. Сделан акцент на адекватном уровне эмпатии. Приведены результаты тестирования 814 студентов, поступивших на первый курс медицинского вуза. 82% респондентов продемонстрировали нормальный уровень эмпатии, который наблюдается у большей части всех людей. Однако он является недостаточным для того, чтобы быть успешным в профессии врача. Проанализирована степень выраженности эмпатийности у обучающихся на различных факультетах.
The article discusses the importance of developing universal competencies for future doctors. The emphasis is on an adequate level of empathy. The results of testing of 814 students enrolled in the first year of medical school are presented. 82% of the respondents demonstrated a normal level of empathy, which is observed in most of all people. However, it is insufficient to be successful in the medical profession. The degree of expression of empathy among students at various faculties is analyzed.
