Этот порядок основан на алгоритмах, применяемых в зоне боевых действий, разработанных Главным военно-медицинским управлением МО РФ в 2022 году и адаптированных на основе международных протоколов. Сценарий предполагает интерактивную реакцию "пострадавшего" на действия обучающегося, что улучшает отработку навыков в условиях высокой вероятности минно-взрывных травм.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The thesis presents a simulation scenario of first aid for mine-explosion injuries, developed in accordance with the new procedure for first aid, which entered into force on September 1, 2024. This procedure is based on algorithms used in the combat zone, developed by the Main Military Medical Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in 2022 and adapted on the basis of international protocols. The scenario assumes an interactive reaction of the "victim" to the actions of the student, which improves the development of skills in conditions of high probability of mine-explosive injuries.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
