Обструкция дыхательных путей инородным телом (ОДПИТ) занимает 4 место среди причин смертности детей и подростков. Несмотря на развитие и распространение методов экстренной помощи населению, внедрение эндоскопических методов исследования и лечения, повышение уровня знаний медицинского персонала и населения по оказанию первой помощи, данная проблема крайне актуальна в настоящее время. В рамках настоящего исследования проведен детальный анализ эпизодов ОДПИТ у детей в Рязанской области за 5-летний период, описаны клинические случаи, позволяющие оценить важность ранней диагностики и лечения.
Foreign body airway obstruction is the 4th leading cause of death in children and adolescents. Despite the development and dissemination of emergency aid methods, the introduction of endoscopic examination and treatment methods, and the increased knowledge of medical personnel and the population in providing first aid, this problem is extremely relevant at present. This study included a detailed analysis of foreign body airway obstruction episodes in children in the Ryazan region over a 5-year period, and described clinical cases that allow us to assess the importance of early diagnosis and treatment.
