В статье представлены результаты исследования трудных ситуаций общения "врач-пациент" среди медицинских работников с разными возрастами и стажем работы. Выявлены значимые различия в оценке трудных ситуаций общения врачами разного возраста и с разным стажем работы. Наибольшую трудность вызывают нестандартные ситуации общения, такие как "Когда пациент много и не по делу говорит" для молодых специалистов.
The article presents the results of a study of difficult doctor-patient communication situations among medical professionals with different ages and work experience. Significant differences were revealed in the assessment of difficult communication situations by doctors of different ages and with different work experience. The greatest difficulty is caused by non-standard communication situations, such as "When the patient talks a lot and not to the point" for young specialists.
