Представлен опыт обучения студентов-медиков быстрой оценке общего состояния пациента в условиях ургентной ситуации путем тренингов в виде «учебной игры» для определения десяти важных клинических показателей (сознание, положение, артериальное давление, пульс, индекс Альговера, температура, дыхание, стул, моча, сатурация) с интерпретацией и обобщением полученных результатов. Данный способ повышает эффективность обучения, так как практико-ориентирован, предусматривает отработку алгоритма действий, развивает клиническое мышление, современен, интерактивен и не требует финансовых вложений.
The experience of teaching medical students to quickly assess the general condition of a patient in an urgent situation through training in the form of an "educational game" to determine ten important clinical indicators (consciousness, position, blood pressure, pulse, Algover index, temperature, respiration, stool, urine, saturation) with interpretation and generalization of the results obtained is presented. This method increases the effectiveness of training, as it is practice-oriented, provides for the development of an algorithm of actions, develops clinical thinking, is modern, interactive and does not require financial investments.
