Проблема благополучия личности и удовлетворенность качеством жизни в последнее время становится все более популярной как в сфере научного знания, так и в сфере менеджмента. Исследования показывают, что высокий уровень психологического благополучия (ПБ) и развитость основных его компонентов поддерживают продуктивное функционирование и процесс самореализации личности. Проведенное исследование показало наличие низкого уровня ПБ сотрудников отдельных симцентров России. Выявлена связь ПБ респондентов с их семейным статусом, наличием детей, материальным благополучием и удовлетворенностью от работы.
The problem of personal well-being and satisfaction with the quality of life has recently become increasingly popular both in the field of scientific knowledge and in the field of management. Research shows that a high level of psychological well-being (PB) and the development of its main components support the productive functioning and process of self-realization of the individual. The study showed the presence of a low level of occupational safety among employees of individual simulation centers in Russia. A connection was revealed between the respondents' work safety and their marital status, the presence of children, material well-being and job satisfaction.
