Анатомическая сложность зоны вмешательства требует дополнительной симуляционной подготовки хирургов, что, в том числе, возможно с помощью специальных манекенов. Выполненная работа направлена на изучение антропометрических данных и, исходя из них, угловых параметров доступа и работы инструментов, необходимых для создания манекена, позволяющего тренировать основные этапы эндовидеохирургической тиреоидэктомии через подмышечно-сосковый доступ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Endovideosurgical interventions on the thyroid gland are being actively introduced into clinical practice.The anatomical complexity of the intervention area requires additional simulation training for surgeons, which, among other things, is possible with the help of special dummies.The work performed is aimed at studying anthropometric data and, based on them, the angular parameters of the access and the operation of the instruments necessary to create a mannequin that allows training the main stages of endovideosurgical thyroidectomy through the axillary-nipple access.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
