В публикации мы обосновали на основе анализа типов поведения студентов-бакалавров в конфликтной ситуации важность включения в основную профессиональную образовательную программу высшего образования бакалавриата по направлению подготовки 34.03.01 Сестринское дело дисциплин, прицельно формирующих коммуникативные компетенции. Диагностика проводилась в динамике на первом и выпускном курсах института общественного здоровья и цифровой медицины Тюменского ГМУ. Обучение в медицинском вузе способствует переходу от неэффективных стратегий коммуникативного поведения, таких как компромисс, соперничество и избегание к эффективным, таким как сотрудничество.
Based on the analysis of the types of behavior of bachelor students in a conflict situation, we substantiated in the publication the importance of including in the main professional educational program of higher education of a bachelor's degree in the field of study 34.03.01 Nursing of disciplines that aim to form communicative competencies. Diagnostics was carried out in dynamics at the first and final courses of the Institute of Public Health and Digital Medicine of the Tyumen State Medical University. Studying at a medical school facilitates the transition from ineffective strategies of communicative behavior, such as compromise, rivalry, and avoidance to effective ones, such as cooperation.
