Авторы сравнивают два подхода преподавания при освоении медицинской манипуляции «внутривенная инъекция», оценивают степень влияния тренажера «ТОПСЭТ «ТьюторМЭН»» и тренера практических навыков у студентов младших курсов НАО «Медицинского университета Караганды». Несмотря на большой интерес у студентов к высокотехнологичным тренажерам и рецензированным автоматизированным алгоритмам, устойчивые знания и навыки формируются при работе с преподавателем, который способствует развитию клинической компетентности обучающихся через применение soft skills.
The authors compare two teaching approaches in mastering the medical manipulation "intravenous injection", assess the degree of influence of the TOPSET "TutorMAN" simulator and the trainer of practical skills among undergraduate students of "Medical University of Karaganda". Despite the great interest of students in high-tech simulators and peer-reviewed automated algorithms, stable knowledge and skills are formed while working with a teacher who contributes to the development of students' clinical competence through the use of soft skills.
