Современное повышение квалификации специалистов СМП немыслимо без использования инновационных технологий, позволяющих в совокупности с традиционным образованием сформировать их высокую компетентность, соответствующую требованиям практики, обеспечить качество деятельности. В статье рассматривается опыт проведения курсов повышения квалификации врачей/фельдшеров СМП с применением комбинированных методов в обучении. Анкетирование участников показало, что большинство респондентов положительно оценили данный метод и выразили готовность проходить обучение по подобным программам каждые 3–6 месяцев
Modern advanced training of emergency medical specialists is unthinkable without the use of innovative technologies that, together with traditional education, allow them to form their high competence that meets the requirements of practice and ensure the quality of their activities. The article discusses the experience of conducting advanced training courses for doctors / paramedics of emergency medical care using combined methods in training. The survey of participants showed that the majority of respondents positively assessed this method and expressed their readiness to undergo training in such programs every 3-6 months.
