Возникла необходимость проведения аккредитации специалистов с иным образованием, осуществляющих медицинскую деятельность, но существовали проблемы: не были сформированы подкомиссии, не укомплектованы необходимым оборудованием аккредитационные центры, специалисты не подготовлены. Для организации аккредитации и обучения специалистов была проделана совместная работа мультипрофильного аккредитационно-симуляционного центра и кафедры клинической лабораторной диагностики КГМА. В результате были проведены обучение специалистов, подготовка их к данной процедуре и успешная аккредитация биологов.
There was a need for accreditation of specialists with a different education engaged in medical activities, but there were problems: subcommittees were not formed, accreditation centers were not equipped with the necessary equipment, specialists were not trained.To organize the accreditation and training of specialists, the joint work of the multidisciplinary accreditation and simulation center and the Department of Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics of the Kazan State Medical Academy was carried out.As a result, specialists were trained, prepared for this procedure and biologists were successfully accredited.
