К ним относятся: отсутствие единой терминологии, которая могла бы в полной мере охарактеризовать состояние различных систем и органов организма, множество медицинских профилей врачей и выработанных ими в течение профессиональной деятельности собственных шаблонов и существующих стандартов оформления шаблонов медицинских документов (ШМД). В данном исследовании обобщен опыт внедрения разработанного продукта в поликлинику Дальневосточного федерального университета.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The digitalization of the healthcare field has a number of features of implementation in medical and practical activities. These include: the lack of a unified terminology that could fully characterize the state of various systems and organs of the body, the many medical profiles of doctors and their own templates developed by them during their professional activities and the existing standards for the design of medical document templates.
