Для устойчивого развития и стабильности в конкурентной среде симуляционный центр Медицинского университета Караганды (Казахстан) рекомендует пересмотреть стратегические ориентиры как способ преодоления кризиса в менеджменте центра через актуализацию методологий преподавания и обучения клинических навыков с учетом квалификационных требований и функционирующего оборудования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors consider an anti-crisis program in the management of a simulation center with internal limited capabilities and the influence of external factors on the reduction in funding to support the material and technical base. For sustainable development and stability in a competitive environment, the Simulation Center of  Karaganda Medical University (Kazakhstan) recommends revising strategic guidelines as a way to overcome the crisis in the management of the center through updating methodologies for teaching and learning clinical skills, taking into account qualification requirements and functioning equipment.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
