Проанализирована эффективность однократного мероприятия — конференции "День руководителя медицинской организации" по продвижению симуляции в медицинском образовании. Несмотря на насыщенность информационного поля сведениями о роли симуляции в современном медицинском образовании, тема оказалась мало понятной для организаторов регионального здравоохранения. Открытый симуляционный тренинг в рамках специализированной конференции стал эффективным мероприятием, меняющим в позитивном ключе отношение руководителя к современному формату подготовки врача.
The effectiveness of a one-time event — the conference "Day of the head of a medical organization" to promote simulation in medical education was analyzed. Despite the saturation of the information field with information about the role of simulation in modern medical education, the topic turned out to be little understood by the organizers of regional healthcare. An open simulation training within the framework of a specialized conference has become an effective event that positively changes the attitude of the head to the modern format of doctor training.
