Данные недостатки были учтены при создании программы симуляционного тренинга для врачей-педиатров приемных отделений и специалистов, осуществляющих дежурства по стационару. Результаты обучения получили положительную оценку со стороны всех участников. Тренинги по оказанию экстренной помощи должны использоваться в обучении врачей-педиатров. Предварительный аудит позволяет выявить слабые места и оптимизировать программу тренинга.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>During the audit of the provision of emergency care to children, insufficient knowledge of the algorithm A, B, C, D, E and the lack of teamwork skills were revealed. These shortcomings were taken into account when creating a simulation training program for pediatricians in emergency departments and specialists on duty in the hospital. The learning outcomes were positively assessed by all participants. Emergency care training should be used in the education of pediatricians.
