Особые требования предъявляются к молодому преподавательскому составу, которого, в новом направлении медицинского образования — симуляционном обучении, подавляющее большинство.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The competence of the teacher of the simulation center is largely determined by the qualities he has, which give originality to his communication with students, determine the speed and degree of mastery of various skills.
