Дается обзор состояния дел с созданием и применением медицинского алгоритмического языка ДРАКОН и программы ДРАКОН-конструктор в Литве и России. Язык ДРАКОН предназначен для создания клинических алгоритмов нового поколения; предполагается, что новое поколение алгоритмов позволит заметно облегчить труд врачей, сократить врачебные ошибки, повысить безопасность пациентов, ускорить приобретение процедурных медицинских знаний. Язык ДРАКОН может играть роль стандарта, задающего форму представления клинических алгоритмов, и в этом качестве выносится на суд медицинского сообщества.

An overview of the situation with the creation and application of the DRAKON medical algorithmic language and the DRAKON-builder program in Lithuania and Russia is given. The DRAKON language is designed to create a new generation of clinical algorithms; it is assumed that the new generation of algorithms will significantly facilitate the work of doctors, reduce medical errors, improve patient safety, and accelerate the acquisition of procedural medical knowledge. The DRAKON language can play the role of a standard that sets the form of presentation of clinical algorithms, and in this capacity is proposed to the court of the medical community.
