До недавнего времени в России обучение врачей-ординаторов в условиях симуляционного центра было очень ограниченным. С 2020 года утверждена процедура первичной специализированной аккредитации (ПСА) с оценочным этапом, который призван стимулировать и развивать данное направление. Недостаточная проработка деталей, игнорирование возможностей и ограничение симуляции существенно снижает потенциал этого дорогостоящего мероприятия.
Until recently, in Russia, the training of residents in a simulation center was very limited. Since 2020, the procedure for primary specialized accreditation (PSA) has been approved with an assessment stage, which is designed to stimulate and develop this direction. Lack of detail, ignorance of possibilities, and limitation of simulation significantly reduces the potential of this costly exercise.
