Становление тренера симуляционного обучения из студентов было описано ранее. При анализе опыта подготовки (проведение тренинга тренеров) ППС вузов было выделено две группы. В ходе обучения мы столкнулись с рядом проблем. Возникшие трудности мы объясняем сохранением в системе образования большой доли информационных методов обучения и ориентации на часовую составляющую дисциплин. Ступенчатая система подготовки тренеров симуляционного обучения из действующих преподавателей оправдана при наличии добровольности вовлечения в этот процесс
Making a simulation trainer from a student has been described earlier. When analyzing the training experience (training of trainers) of the teaching staff of universities, two groups were identified. During the training we faced a number of problems. The difficulties that have arisen we explain by the preservation in the education system of a large share of information teaching methods and orientation to the hourly component of disciplines. A step-by-step system of training trainers of simulation training from existing teachers is justified if there is a voluntary involvement in this process.
